Good location but not cheap

The location (near the beach, near some busy streets) is good, but it is also fairly pricey given the quality of rooms (good, but not great). My main complaint is that it is rather noisy on the right-hand side but better on the left-hand side (as seen from the front). The windows are good though (when you close them the noise is mostly blocked, but then you don't have much fresh air), but the walls are rather thin. If you happen to have noisy neighbors you may get sleepless nights, given Tel Aviv's night life :) Breakfast is good, but not luxurious. Plus: they do have a free 5'o clock tea/coffee/cake thing.
