On arrival we were very kindly checked in at 8:30 in the morning after all night flight. During the stay I found the reception staff kind to answer the questions, but looking bored, not smiling and not going out of their way. With the "do not disturb" sign on the door we had room service entering our room at 8 a.m. Room service never replied to our good mornings. Breakfast was missing more fruit (only apple available) and some ham or salami (understand the kosher rules), staying there more than 2 night I would probably go for breakfast elsewhere, there wasnt much to choose from. On the other side the hotel has good location, close to the Old town and beach and its parking helped a lot. Israel being a very expensive location I woould consider this an ok value for money.
