When I arrived and pulled up in front of the hotel, the night manager rudely told me that I could not stop there. He had not realized that I was checking in and when clarified , he said it was a misunderstanding ( no, oops, I'm sorry). I had asked the site or hotel to confirm that the included Breakfast was Kosher. I received no reply from either. There was no Kosher indication. The room air conditioner was weak. The location is great, you get what you pay for, for an inexpensive night at a beachfront proerty, it is quite adequate.
