Maxim Hotel..

My 1st stay at Maxim Hotel was a huge turnoff when I first walked in the door. It was a Mon March 29, 2010 which was the 1'st day of Pesach (Passover). I believe who I dealt with was the hotel manager. A sarcastic person who was not helpful. Many stories or encounters I've experienced this individual. He only wanted to speak and didnt listen well even though his English was adequate. The rest of employees were nice and tried to assist. There was no wifi going to my 3'rd floor and only at the main lobby/lounge area. You can also use there computer if you didnt have a laptop for 15 shekels. There are about 10 parking spots at the hotel but its whoever gets there first daily basis. You can also park across the street for about 35 shekels underground that has a deal with Maxim hotel. But you can find other parking outdoors for 20 shekels that is a 5 min walk. The cleanliness was adequate and bed, towels, cleaning service was done daily. Food was alright and nothing special during the breakfast meals. If you are looking for a location near the beach then this will be good for you. The overall place of hotel was average to below due to the unprofessionalism of the hotel manager. False information on parking, wifi internet, etc. Other than that, you pay for what you get. If I were to go back, I would not be caught staying there again.
