The Maxim is a good hotel with a super location. it is priced very well, but it is basic- no fancy rooms or lobby's. Small clean rooms, good showers, good breakfast in the morning. Staff is most friendly and helpful. Right across from the beach and easy access to public transport and easy walking distance to Carmel market and Dizingoff area. Cab ride is 120 shekels daytime and at night 150
