Very friendly staff! We arrived one day late and they didn't charge us the night we missed. The hotel is a little outside Eilat which is actually nice because it's not so loud and crowded. The only thing slightly negative were LOTS of really loud kids in the pool area, but I guess that makes it a nice family hotel...
