Review of Orchid Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much overall, but did have some difficulty with the following: 1. Hotel staff did not have a good command of English and were not particularly friendly, especially the front desk staff. 2. The food was limited and the Thai Restaurant was not open. 3. The free shuttle to Eilat was not obvious and available as advertised. 4. During our stay, only 2 of the 4 computers were working at any one time. On the positive side: 1. The two phones available for International calls were always working and served as a great plus for the hotel. 2. The setting, pools and common areas were very beautiful. 3. The Saturday night entertainment was great. 4. The bar area staff and personnel were friendly and gracious. Thank you,
