My overall impression of the hotel is excellent. Two areas which could use improvement - service and the pool area. The service was generally very good, however, at times it seemed as if the staff was more focused on getting the job done as opposed to guest satisfaction. For instance, when I went to the machine to get coffee for breakfast (early in the morning), an employee was filling up many canisters of coffee to serve other guests, and seemed annoyed to stop doing this so that I could fill my cup. Another improvement would be if there was no music played during breakfast. My second morning there was no music, and the traquililty of the beautiful pools, sea, and mountains was wonderful. Thank you.
