The location is special and the concept is unique in Eilat.Our room was very comfortable and clean . There are many extras such as cable TV, free internet, use of spa and gym, fridge in the room, bikes to borrow. It would be nice to have the staff a bit more polished in courtesy with customers. They were very efficient but not warm and smiley as one would expect in a good hotel. The receptionist was charming.
