First stayed at Nof Ginosar in 1985 and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's even better in 2008, with the new rooms and amenities. Its location is very good - with quick access to Tiberias and Safed. Plenty of parking space and good on-site security. The front desk helped in arranging a guide for a tour of the Golan Heights.
