Need Better A/C

The hotel is OK but nothing special. My biggest problem was the low quality air conditioning system. The room was always hot and humid, damp, and is problematic if you have allergies or respiratory issues. For $238 a night, I think I should be able to control the temperature of my room and when the A/C runs. I would not stay here again. In summer's heat in Israel, a proper functioning A/c is a necessary. The hotel system seemed designed for the convenience of the hotel and to keep costs low, not for the guests' comfort or convenience.
