The Princess Hotel is most suitable for large families with very young, loud and misbehaving children. The children milled around the grand piano in the lobby bar and did not permit the excellent pianist to play, drowning out the music with their screams. The parents allow the children to run around public areas after 9:00 PM, when the children have to be in bed. The Hotel should have activities for children away from public ares. The food is excellent but a 5 Star Hotel should serve the food only on starched linen and not on chewed polyester tablecloths. Near the elevators on several floors there were cigarette butts and plastic cups. The pool area was soiled by cigarette butts, rice and plastic cups. No trays with food should be allowed to the pool area. Hundreds of children were running around wild without any adult supervision. The entertainment provided by an in-house company was 3rd rate and reminiscent of a high school show. Young children were allowed to scream and run around during the show. Upon our arrival, there have been no doormen and bell captains to open the car doors and take the luggage: at a 5-Star hotel this personnel has to be around 24/7 to open the car doors and wheel away the luggage no matter when the guests arrive. We had to go and find the bell captain and get the luggage cart ourselves. Thank you.
