Important information for the renter

1.Documentation:

Upon pick up, all renters must present:

- Valid driver's license (Israeli or foreign)

- Passport with valid entry visa for the duration of the rental and/or Israeli I.d.

- Valid credit card with prominent digits under the name of the main driver only. Cash or Electron card of any kind cannot be used and will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The credit card will serve as a security deposit throughout the rental, and as means of payment for the rental and any additional charges, if needed. Failing to present a credit card under the above requirements or a rejection by the credit card company or by any other reason will prevent the rental from taking place.

2.V.A.T

Customers will be exempt from paying V.A.T under the following conditions:

- The renter holds a foreign passport and is not an Israeli citizen.

- The renter entered Israel on one of the following Visas: B2, B4 or Diplomatic.

- The Visa must be valid throughout the full rental period.

- The rental vehicle is a non - commercial vehicle.

- The vehicle is rented for personal use only.

In case the renter or any additional driver do not qualify for all of the above criterias V.A.T will be charged. This also applies to renters presenting prepaid vouchers.

3.LOCATION CHARGE

- $27 Airport fee will be applicable for all rentals starting or ending at Ben Gurion Airport.

- $100 drop off fee will be charged for one-way rentals of less than 3 days to/from Eilat.

- $10 drop off fee will be charged for one-way rentals to/from the Dead Sea.

4. SUPPLEMENTS

- Additional driver:
Car groups: B, C, L, E, F, H & X: $3 per day
car groups: I,S,K,N,M,V,T,U,P,W,R,Y,Q,G & Z: $5 per day

- Baby seats are available on request for an additional charge of $5 per day

5. INSURANCE COVERAGE

Rates include CDW (Collision Damage Waver) and TP (Theft Protection) excluding a participatory fee (deductible).

The following maximal deductible amounts are applicable in each case of theft or collision damage to the rental car:

Car Groups: B, C, L, E, F, H, X & K: $469

Car Groups: I, P, T, U, & G, Q, W: $704

Car Groups: R & Y: $939

These rates may change from time to time

Super cover

By purchasing Super CDW and Super TP insurance, the renters relieve themselves from deductible payment in case of damage or theft.

Super cover rates:

Groups: B,C,L,E,F,H,I,U,X : $15 per day

Groups: P, Q, T, R, W, And G: $22 per day

These rates may change from time to time.

6.AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Seniority of the rental customer's valid driver's license must be at least one year. Minimal age for vehicle rental is 21 years, liable to vehicle groups and extra charge

For B, C & L: there is an extra charge of 12$ per day.

For E, F & H: there is an extra charge of 15$ a day.

Minimal age for groups X, I, S, K, N, M, V & G: 23 years

Minimal age for groups P, R, W, U & T: 25 years
